Looking unlikely that the Ethiopian Airline planes will be at MAN. The travel firm that hired them hasn’t got landing slots at Kiev.

In the article below it doesn’t mention ET as the airline in question but I’m lead to believe they are.

Hi everyone.

Earlier in the year a colleague at the airport suggested that the new air bridges for the T2 extension would be flown into Manchester from where they are made. He has since left to join Easyjet so I can't ask for any updates.

He said likely arrival month would July/August 2018 with AN124 Ruslans doing the transporting.

Does anyone on F4A have any further updates on whats happening, if at all?

Hi guys and gals!!

I'm posting as Man is the nearest major airport to Preston Warton Field. I was looking at FR24 when I noticed a B744 on the ground near Blackpool. It was Wharton. Aircraft in question is Air Cargo Global B744F regd OM-ACB. Is this correct?, can Wharton cope with the aircraft size? Whats its doing there, possible armaments run? Does anyone have any info? It was routing Warton to Tabuk!!
