Champions League movements in the autumn to watch out for.

Manchester United will travel to Eindhoven, Moscow and Wolfsburg. I don't know which is the nearest airport to Wolfsburg.

Manchester City will travel to Turin, Seville and Mondengladbach.

A332s are commonplace, several flights have seen Thomas Cook Scandinavia's OY-VKF on the job.

CS-TFZ has been around the block too, it's been Stansted and Glasgow based of late. I believe it is still in old Flynas colours.

Its cousin, A340 CS-TQM has also been operating for TCX from Manchester.

The Kabo Air B747-400 has been impounded by the CAA. Looks like MAN has a new long term resident!

I remember the DC-8 which was diverted in from Stansted in the early 80s,and got impounded, that was on the west apron for months hope this isnt a repeat of that. :)

There is also rumours of a AN-124 tomorrow but ill believe it when i see it on the tarmac.

Also had an Okada air B747 get impounded for months after a bit of spanner img in the FLS hangar.

Then there was the Ops air L110 that got grounded for months, it finally took off on 2 engines with the 3rd boarded up with wood and the emergency services on full standby (that's full standby for a take off!!!)

That would never happen with today's regulations!

Brussels airlines will use A320 OO-SNB on tomorrow's night stopping aircraft. It wears the special 'tin tin' livery.

16th Sept will see Turkish Airlimes send 2 A330's on their flights.

The morning TK1993/4 flight will see the A330-300, the afternoon TK1995/6 flight will see the A330-200, and to finish off the day, the evening Tk1491/2 flight will see the A321, but also could see an A330-200 operate.

Other A330 days on the TK1993/4 are tomorrow, 15/18/29/30 sept, and 1/2 Oct, with more dates to be added.

TC-JIT A330 operated today's TK1993/4 flight.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
