Looks like British Airways have being altering the London Heathrow - Leeds/Bradford schedule again. As all the flights which were showing either operated by Airbus A320 or A321 on the online timetable during this winter 2018/2019 season have all now being updated to show as operated by the normal Airbus A319.

Well there's a surprise! Not.

A family member was on yesterdays diverted BA flight. She said after they'd diverted to Manchester they were parked on a remote stand and had to wait for two hours sat on the aircraft before the handling agent finally offloaded them.

Well they get better treatment than that here at LBA. It seems that MAN don't like taking diverts at the moment, sometimes refusing them and then when they do, leaving them stuck on a remote stand for 2 hours. They should have been back in Leeds by then, and to be fair, BA could have flown them over as the fog lifted not long after the diversion!

Too true and lets face it, had the diversion been in the reverse direction that is what would have happened, BA would've positioned back. As would TUI.

to be fair BA have done that in the past, so divert to MAN wait and take on some fuel, then in to LBA. I don't know what the thinking was in this case to take the other option of offloading and positioning down empty.

British Airways have being messing with the summer 2019 schedule with a few flight time changes taking place on the Heathrow to Leeds route again. It leaves Heathrow an hour earlier so worse for me but might be better for the people who want to get to Lba earlier.

Haven’t seen the BA booked under 100 pax this week at all, so loads have been very impressive especially on the morning rotations!

The 10am Departure is only 30-45mins later than what is used to be a few years ago when we had x3 daily 6/week, so is a massive improvement!

A lot better for pax with connections especially into Central Europe as there’s a wave that leaves between 1130-1330 which pax wouldn’t be able to make on the current schedule.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
