▶️ Video Review: Birmingham Airport Videos

What chance do we have attracting tourists when easyjet write this drivel? Concrete and more miles of canals than Venice, where I am right now in fact!

Why fly to Birmingham?

Having undergone one of the largest redevelopment programmes in Britain, Birmingham is no longer a concrete jungle full of drab canals, but one of England’s most modern and cutting edge cities. Birmingham is all change. The concrete monstrosities have gone, the builders have moved in and new buildings are springing up all over the place – just look at the stylish revamped Bullring shopping centre to see what we mean.

Even the canals are in on the act and have had a makeover that would make Amsterdam proud. Today they’re all about leafy walks, trendy bars, cool little cafes and, of course, shop after shop. And believe it or not, you’ll find more of them here than in Venice, so it really is a case of take your pick.

I expect better from Easyjet. What a load of tosh

Revamped Bullring, anybody would think it was rebuilt in 2024. The whole of that article is "Irritating"

And actually the concrete monstrosities haven't all gone so that incorrect too ;-(

There is simply no need to mention concrete in the first place.

#rubbish

On a more positive note Easyjet and putting Birmingham Airport and the city in a positive light is the Invictus Games, maybe you could mention that once you have updated your rubbish article.

This will be a great reason to visit the city region in 2027 ;-)

Just as a follow up to my last post:

Here was my departure on the 17th December to Jeddah. Flew on HZ-ARE (75 Year Livery, also the aircraft for my dp) on that day. Hope you enjoy! Added chapters and captions for viewer enjoyment, displaying inbound aircraft and departing.

Apologies for my hand getting in frame, only lasts a second though for some parts!

So I was thinking…

Do I send this video as well? I thought why not. Enjoy this video from New Years Eve 2023, when I landed back in Birmingham from my first ever visit to Saudi Arabia. It was quite the windy day, as I do believe I landed in the remnants of Storm Pia, or at least the very tail end of it, bit a firm touchdown from my personal opinion.
