Air Transat A330 C-GJDA
This is an ex Emirates plane and might have been a BHX regular in the past. Only delivered to TSC on April 18. Another thing I noticed is that if FR24 is correct, then the A330 flights will have been brought forward a week going by was originally displayed on the seat map website.

Thats good news, the earlier we get the A330 from the A310 the better. (y)

Air Tanker is the Operating service provider for the RAF fleet and hold a civilian registration on two aircraft that are not under Military control.

The Prime Minister is due to receive at least one Voyager minus any Military enhancements other than necessary for Government or Royal protection.

It is noted that the RAF have benefited from BHX assistance and the Monarch facility is a natural fit as and when Brize Norton is too busy with line maintenance for those military Voyagers.

I read on Air Tanker website that one of the civilian registered machines are to be with TCX but cannot be certain unless one can access MAA and CAA registers and cross link the fleet.

Correction, I refer to those Voyager aircraft not under Military orders to be potentially serviced at the BHX Monarch facility.

This is all down to that PFI that the Labour Government dreamt up for our national security.

It is darned complicated and even my training in Law cannot figure out the complexities!!

Air Transat turned out to be an A310 after all. C-GTSH.
Emirates A380 is A6-EOX, not had the time to see if anything else interesting is due.

Tomorrow sees the peak summer season start to get into swing with three new routes. Vueling commence Alicante (making three flights tomorrow) and Monarch start both Lisbon and Madrid. Tomorrow also sees the arrival of Monarch's 9th based aircraft.

Lisbon had around 100 or so when I checked last night. That only shows people who have pre-booked seats and those who had already checked in online so the final figure should be known today.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
