Wizz air recruiting at bhx?

Yes, the wording states just that. However, in my opinion it does not necessarily indicate the opening of a base. Depending on employer preferences, walk-in type interviews are usually chosen on convenience grounds for both parties. BHX is particularly convenient in this regard.

Wizz air recruiting at bhx?
No BHX base just using a local hotel which is normal

How odd.... unfortunately not unheard off with Wizzair. Still in the drop-down menu as a "New" route but indeed no dates bookable!

Hi there all, yet another airline casualty at bhx, unable to afford bhx prices, who's next I wonder. Birmingham airport needs to stop this mtow pricing and switch to any aircraft any size, which has worked at Manchester Airport for more than 30 years.

This has nothing to do with BHX’s fees. The fees at BHX and MAN differ in that MAN has a variable landing fee whilst BHX has a flat rate all year system. In the summer, MAN is more expensive but BHX is more expensive in the winter.

Wizz is simply not interested in the UK market.

If they were pulling out of BHX, they would pull all routes out of BHX, not just leave one....

I think @Birmingham Aviation is drawing a bold conclusion with little confirmation. A brave thing to be doing throwing such rumours all over social media.

I’m not throwing bold conclusions mate. Before you throw around the accusations ball please read the wizz routes from Birmingham

Not aware I've accused anyone of anything or made any accusation. Merely stating an opinion which I believe is still allowed these days.

Your valid to ur opinion.I thought it was aimed at me mate.lets stay focused on wizz

Looks like via the wizz app that they will axe 3 routes by end of October

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
Heatwave Mk2 next week?
Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?
LBA: B737-300 G-GDFK empty down to Paris at 16:15 to operate the return LS268 back to Leeds 20:00 ETA where it will then operate the delayed LS265 to Malaga 20:40ETD
LBA: Albastar B737-800 EC-MUB positioning in tommorow afternoon from Gatwick 15:45 to operate a charter to Lourdes/Tarbes on Friday afternoon 14:00 AP7721 STC
I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
