Due to the curvature of the upper deck of the A380, and the narrower fuselage of the 787, Qatar are developing a different QSuite for those aircraft that will supposedly still feature the same level of privacy as the 777 QSuite
I'm still not entirely clear about the 380 situation. Both Emirates and Etihad have their first-class suites at the front of the upper deck of their 380s - EK with a 1-2-1 layout and EY with 2-2. Why couldn't Qatar put its Qsuites on the upper deck of its 380s if they too are four-abreast? Are they bigger in area than the first-class suites that both EK and EY can fit into the upper deck of their 380s?
