I like to travel around the UK often as we have some hidden gems here!

I was looking for peoples opinions on some new cities to visit in England and found this survey

I thought I would share it cause they're offering an amazon or a holiday voucher.

I just did it, I tried to put down the first thing I thought of, i realised there were some cities I couldnt say.much as apart from maybe a business trip , I didnt know much about the place. Nottingham for example I didnt know what to say !

And doesn't even include Brum, so what a load of s-it :poop:

Moving on
There are a number of the Core Cities Group not included: Birmingham, Sheffield, Glasgow and Bristol. I understand Will's reason for posting but really this type of thing is a load of old tosh.

I don't really know what the proponents of the 'survey' get out of it. Will tourist offices extract valuable data? I don't see that they can do much about one of my replies for Bath which was 'a lack of airiness'. The city is in a bowl and I find it very stuffy.

The link doesn't appear to be working but if it doesn't include every city across the UK, then I would question if it was a valid survey or not...

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
