A busy morning at BHX today, 2 a320 klm 777 & now a titan 767 That according to fr24 took a strange route from STN via North Sea
The Titan routing may well have been the pilots saying goodbye to the aircraft as I believe that was it's last flight for Titan. It's going to China as a freighter I believe.

Yes certainly busy!!. Saw Aegean A320 again from Larnaca. Followed by Titan B763 G-POWD. The early Wizz Air had to hold as BHX now opens at 08.00hrs

Looks like it is positioned on somebodies house maybe in the Garrets Green area of the city ? Hazeldine Road comes to mind ??

Awesome though and I will certainly subscribe when the airport gets busier. (y)

I tried the airlive camera and paid to watch but no runway or apron activity so I terminated. The best was the Wamos 747, the rest was hard to fathom, weather etc. Perhaps if an approach was made to STS to install a camera on top of their hangar or NCP, a valuable facility may result.

Not many cams for UK airports that show runway or apron activity. Would be great if there was something on the STS hangar or the NCP car park, but that’s highly unlikely…

There is already a camera that points across runway to main apron from Elmdon tower, the images are shown on wall in wetherspoons in terminal, perhaps some one can ask Tim if we could access it !

Try this you can get BHX, MAN and LHR to varying usefullness, BHX is either approach or departures depending on runway in use
MAN is set at present on short finals 23R( just checked Learjet on about 100ft finals) but the operator does move from ground to approach and Heathrow is I find a bit hit and miss. norman fee is £6.00 per month but at present I would doubt worth paying but you can use for free but need to keep reseting every few minutes, should say if you go to MAN there is a menu bar at top for many airports worldwide

Yes that is the kind of webcam I want to see, it frustrates me just looking at the top of houses even if the airport was at its normal level of traffic.

Indian repat flight perhaps? I understand Indian Government have laid on services to bring home students but at a cost to those availing themselves and not the government of India.

I am aware that AirTanker has it's own facilities at Brize for maintenance of the entire Voyager fleet so I do not understand why STS might be doing work, though I am pleased.

I note from the BZZ blog that a JET2 lease had an airframe changed.

Anyway, it is activity that keeps the forum ticking etc. whilst routine services remain grounded.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
