Titan A21N G-POWT due in this afternoon from Larnica then down to depart back to Stansted from where it is about to start out to Larnica as I type bringing in more refugees no doubt.Meanwhile the Alba Star B738 due out to Tirana currently estimated at 0800 taking out some of those who are rather less welcome.

9K-GCC is a Kuwait government plane. This is only a guess, but the UK is trying to work out a trade deal with a bloc of Middle Eastern countries including Kuwait. Could this visit be related to that?

TITAN A321NEO (G-POWT, AWC867) is due back from LCA at 16:16. The BBC are reporting that the last repatriation flight to the UK will operate today, so this could be the one. I'm very pleased that BHX has been able to play it's part in getting people to safety. Does anyone know what proportion of evacuees were flown into BHX?

Apologies, rollo. I tried posting this a while ago, but it just kept timing out. I couldn't open the forum homepage either. Finally able to post it, and noticed that you had posted about the same movement.

I would guess it is overspill parking as Manchester has a Qatar A340 in for a few day tonight

I do not know the proportion bought back BHX but it must be quite high which should make Brummies proud. The government has said several times that a particular flight will be the last one but as the situation in Sudan changes they have added additional flights to help British citizens which is to their credit.

I did Karl , same as Qatari they were never intended to be for our local local airports but to make space as they usually do for big events like the queens funeral and climate which sent aircraft to other airports after the passengers were dropped . Stansted will be full and most of other traffic to LHR and LGW will not be encouraged

Also showing, is an Air France A220-300 (AF1164), due from CDG at 10:00 on Thursday. No other details currently available.

Yesterday saw the first visit of an Air France Airbus A220-300, F-HZUK on the AF1164, landed at 09:57, & departed at 11:01, should be a few more on the AF1164/5 service over the next few weeks.

There's some sort of big bash in London at the weekend maybe its something to do with that, there has been quite a lot of business jet activity in the last day or two along with the Kuwait governments B739 which is parked up.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
