Going from predominantly morning flights to mainly evening flights. A good move as far as terminal capacity is concerned.

If wizz are revising their flights to possibly help with our 1960s terminal capacity plus an extra 4 flights during the summer months that tells me there happy at the airport with maybe more to come.

Awful timings - not one for tourists out of Yorkshire. Hopefully will be popular with VF and inbound tourism. FR should be able to pick up the bookings on the city breaks with more friendlier times.

Yeah some of those foreign arrival times are horrific, but then if it is a £40 quid return, some people will book it. I think these are VFR routes in the main, so should still perform ok.

Warsaw was originally 3X weekly. Other than that there are no changes

As far as I know the Brucy Bonus has yet to be confirmed/is open to challenge. Looking at the schedule the Neo's are in any case not scheduled for the later flights.

You're right but they are very likely to lose any challenge as the night flight quota was based on noise decibels hense why prop aircraft were exempt. A court would look at the facts and only the facts. They wouldn't be interested in the ethics of whether they should or shouldn't.

I agree but don't think it will go unchallenged.

I know if I get the A1 into Leeds on Friday mornings it's full of passengers from the Wizz arrivals and half are falling asleep in their seats

They have never seemed to mind anti social flying times as long as the fares are low. Think back to the days when we had our very first flights to Warsaw with a Polish carrier (forget the name but the low cost arm of LOT - Centralwings??) Those flights were on a 737 400, invariably full, and departed LBA around midnight more often than not.

I suspect this shift in times is likely to be short term pending the terminal improvements, and to assist LBA. Perhaps a sign of cooperation, as Wizz have twice adjusted schedules now to avoid bottlenecks. Provided flights are not significantly late, the absence of many other departures at these times will help them get away more quickly, and also means that Wizz pax will more or less have departures to themselves.

There quite attractive inbound from Poland but not outbound. However with a bit of clever booking you could go Ryanair out and Wizz back.

Late evening departures from the UK are pretty standard for Wizz - I know both BHX and LGW have them a lot - wouldn‘t expect to see them change times significantly.
