Great news that we’ve retained the Guernsey service whilst other routes operated by Aurginy have been axed.

Guernsey airline Aurigny reveals summer 2025 routes - BBC News

Aurigny has revealed its 2025 summer schedule with daily flights to three English cities.

Flights continue to operate up to 2x weekly every Wednesday and Saturdays commencing from May 21st and running up until September 27th 2025 using ATR72-600 equipment.

Wednesday is a pleasant time and more quiet, agreed Saturday is busy, perhaps only quiet time is mid/late morning. Not complaining, great to have them back.

It was good to see that Aurigny are advertising their services to GCI on TV at present, with regional ads tailored to specific airports.

Whilst in Devon last week, ads were for Exeter to GCI. Last night, back home, there was an ad for LBA to GCI on TV. I don't ever recall them advertising before in this way.

Looks like Iberia or one of their franchisees. Or Avianca. I haven't a clue.

It’s leased from a company called Nac. It’s a former Avianca aircraft which hasn’t yet been repainted.

They’ve got another one G-PEMB which is away in France on heavy maintenance but I wonder weather they will repaint that one whilst it’s away.

Great to see them back, be good to see them extend the seasons out along with Jet2 JER starting earlier in the year and finishing later (considering the weather this year)! Hard to predict the weather!

Okay I'll answer my own question.

It looks like Aurigny have reduced the Guernsey - Leeds route to just 1x weekly Wednesday service for the next few weeks due to them having aircraft tech problems. The 2nd weekly Saturday is not now due to recommence until June 14th.

Yes, their website suggests no aircraft as the allocated aircraft is shown as
G-XXXX, with both rotations intended using this non existent aircraft cancelled.
