As far as I know the Brucy Bonus has yet to be confirmed/is open to challenge.
You're right but they are very likely to lose any challenge as the night flight quota was based on noise decibels hense why prop aircraft were exempt. A court would look at the facts and only the facts. They wouldn't be interested in the ethics of whether they should or shouldn't.

I agree but don't think it will go unchallenged.
 
They have never seemed to mind anti social flying times as long as the fares are low. Think back to the days when we had our very first flights to Warsaw with a Polish carrier (forget the name but the low cost arm of LOT - Centralwings??) Those flights were on a 737 400, invariably full, and departed LBA around midnight more often than not.

I suspect this shift in times is likely to be short term pending the terminal improvements, and to assist LBA. Perhaps a sign of cooperation, as Wizz have twice adjusted schedules now to avoid bottlenecks. Provided flights are not significantly late, the absence of many other departures at these times will help them get away more quickly, and also means that Wizz pax will more or less have departures to themselves.
