Looking like Spain, Greece, France, Italy and their islands are not to be on the green list! Nightmare situation for many including myself and obviously the airlines! Believe there is a gov update this week

Government announcement is due this Friday but speculation is that maybe tomorrow either with Bo Jo doing it formally or leaked as the government are likely to benefit from it at Thursdays elections.

Long drive but hey if it works and your out there for a a good chunk of time do it. Forget about the government and useless rules.

Make sense that Portuguese and Spanish will be able to travel across the border without any restriction yet Brits only allowed to visit Portugal. Works for them works for you.

This is great news as there’s usually lots going to the Greek and Canary Islands so will be good to see flights back to those destinations again

I sometimes think all the gloom and room merchants who want to block all foreign travel are all members of Extinction Rebellion ( and GALBA) in disguise. The perfect excuse to kill the aviation industry!

I’m guessing so as it’s the only one on that list. And it does say that they won’t always be open to all flights. Maybe when we see a lot more action they may open the others.

Also notice the date that’s put for opening the Yorkshire lounge has been spelt wrong. It’s June (they’ve spelt it as JUINE) just if anybody didn’t notice that.

It’s good to see the enthusiasm but we mustn’t speculate. A lot of the places that were rumoured to be on there last time didn’t happen. I would like things to be quicker and believe there is places that should be on the green list, but all I’m saying is that we should wait for official announcements from the government.
