Fast track booking works but is restricted to a set number each day. When the limit is reached, no more are available. This excludes Ryanair as they have a contract with LBA allowing them to sell fast track on their flight booking system.
However, the airport are posting absolutely nothing. No press releases (and some that were published were later removed), no information on the terminal extension or anything else. It's clear that they are now operating on the basis that they will say as little as possible. Perhaps after what happened with the terminal, that's not such a bad thing.
Maybe something to do with AMP Capital having been forced to sell out to a hedge fund in LA, last year.Aries Capital. They are in deep doo..Google search will give you all the gory details..From my enquiries the owners havent got a pot to do the proverbial in..No wonder they havent got much to say...

Hmmm. Not sure what you’ve been Googling but i think something has got lost in translation

AMP dropped into the deep doo due to shenanigans in the boardroom in OZ and it all went from there..Nothing to do with translations...just facts

Don't think this is correct, nor does it have much to do with the LBA website.
AMP Capitals Infrastructure arm was known as Collimate Capital, and has been sold to the US firm Digital Bridge Capital for a deal totalling A$699m with A$369 paid up front. Collimate Capital owned LTN, LBA and NCL so these three airports appear now to be under US ownership along with the rest of Collimate Capitals portfolio. So even if AMP are in trouble as you suggest (which I very much doubt given the sale price) it makes no difference to LBA or the other airports as they now appear to be owned by Digital Bridge Capital who are Florida based with assets of $45billion.

The airport posted on social media today hinting a brand-new website is been launched on November 3rd 2025.

Presently Sat on BE at Liverpool enroute to Fue...entirely due to O LEARY rescheduling antics..and needing assistance..Will do a fuller report later but Leeds assistance is 5 star..Liverpool 1 star..The difference is private contractors so you push your own wheelchairs and climb the steps...Thankfully both next trips from Leeds...Take a bow LBA your own staff are brilliant 👏

Whilst this thread is revived.. we still have easyJet as Open skies on the LBA website.. & Wizz as LC Busre seriously.. how poor. I know its third party but why is it just being accepted? its really bad IMO.
I've reported this before, but seemingly LBA don't have the ability to correct it. They've already announced that a brand new website is due shortly, so, let's hope that this one has a more professional departures and arrivals board within it with the correct flight numbers and airline names. It can't be that hard, surely!

Makes sense, you would hope (maybe pray) that the new website would include the fix.. like you said can not be that hard surely! it has been actually years since this first started.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
