I wouldn’t want to be him at that meeting. But then again he can out them and give them the “correct facts”

Do we know when this meeting will be and if it will be live streamed?

Potential meeting between lba and galba.
As things stand it's not happening. See my notes from the Consultative Meeting. GALBA want LBA to publish their plans and the CEO quite correctly isn't going to concede to such demands. He invites them and they then make demands of him to try and take control. That's not a game he will play. The offer remains open but not on their terms.

Yes, that was clear but I thought I would post this as its first time I've seen it in the public domain- with GALBA's spin on it. Already comments left in the Wharfedale.

Just for interest as not strictly LBA. At Southampton, GALBAs Southern buddies are launching a legal challenge via Judicial Review against their approved rather short runway extension. They have launched a crowdfunding appeal and their statement justifying this action is virtually a copy of GALBAs previous statements, demonstrating again that we are fighting what is now a nationally co- ordinated group of fanatics.
Eastleigh Council are convinced that, just like here in Leeds, they have strictly followed the required process in making their decision,. so they are confident that the decision will be upheld. Of course, it will substantially delay the start of work, precisely what these groups want..I hope they end up paying all court costs and that they are huge!!

Just lock them on an island where they can live carbon free. It really is that simple.

They'll need a lot of money from crowdfunding.

According to the news, the bank will be for funding for 'big green and environment' projects.
Aviation should then be added to that. Making it more sustainable and environmentally friendly needs investment and I’m a true believer aviation will get greener in the near future. just needs the time and investment to do that rather than try kill the aviation industry and blaming it mostly for climate change and other nonsense that environmentalists come out with against aviation.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
