Im just saying that the smaller 'you are' the easier it is to better than the rest.Funny though that the 'best' airports are the two that are being bailed out by respective Governments, one to keep it open and the other to reopen it 5 years after it closed. That tells you all you need to know. The best airports are often the least attractive to airlines, therefore the quietest in terms of passenger numbers, and therefore the least stressful. In my opinion, it's how stressful an airport is that determines popularity. Long queues, expensive food, insufficient seating and overcrowding raise stress levels. Rattling around in a terminal that only has a few flights makes it easy to keep the punters happy, but rarely ends well for the airport operator.
