And Brenda Fricker, fondly remembered for many as the Pigeon Lady in Home Alone 2. My first time Central Park was spent finding all the filming locations. With the death of Catherine O’Hara earlier in the year the Home Alone viewings will be quite poignant this year.

By the time I was aware of Casualty she was no longer in it. My mom was an avid viewer back in the day and I recall her character returning and I shouted at the TV “The Pigeon Lady”!

Yes that's how I remember her most but she played her character in Home Alone so well.

I remember hearing about her part in Casualty when watching re-runs but didn't realise she was the The Pigeon Lady until reading an article about it.

Me too, remember the comedy set in suburban Surbiton so well. Nothing like these types of comedies anymore.

That first Jurassic Park film inspired me to buy a new Sony TV from the shop I was watching it in.

RIP Kevin Keegan...im not a football fan, but remember his picture with his curly mop of hair , prominently displayed in the PE department when I began secondary.

His playing career was a little before my time but I always thought the teams he managed were decent to watch, definitely one of the most respected names in the game. Everyone who met him always seems to say he was a decent guy.

A sad loss 🙁
