Not sure why you would forget Cathay ?
Been in apparent negotiations with them for years and nothing has happened except media saying that heart of England car manufacturers are attracting Chinese customers.

Moving on.Heard rumours of Norwegian announcing more uk routes soon plus corendon adding Hurghada dunno if true.Be good to get a new airline

New routes can decades to start, so never give up on any airline you have built a relationship with.

JLR has no impact on any Cathay decision !

Hope we speak and negotiate with Hainan, airlines Hong Kong airlines Juneyao airlines.Forget Cathay airways
Wow you think Honk Kong Airlines - an airline that doesn't even fly to Europe - is likely to start flights to BHX over an airline that's nearly 8 times larger and flies numerous European and UK airports...

What have you been drinking?

No one is being argumentative, we are purely responding to your many curveball queries with logic and reasoning but alas you don't appear to take onboard anything people are telling you.

The airport want expansion but too scared to admit there issues

What does this even mean? Of course the airport wants expansion. It is currently experiencing its busiest year in its history and is in the middle of £300m worth of investment building new aircraft stands and infrastructure. The airport has been very upfront about the challenges it faces and the need to expand to accommodate growth!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
