Application for St Joseph's Eastside has gone in.
The tower is 37 floors/123 metres. For the lower rise buildings they have gone for the same style as Snow Hill Wharf. Overall very impressed.
Now waiting for the apps at Exchange Square, One Eastside and the Lumina site...

Lumina was a proposed development opposite One and Two Snowhill, next to the Holiday Inn Express. My memory of it is sketchy but I think it would have been offices as it was by Sterling PV (the developer behind 103 Colmore). It was going to be roughly the same height as all the surrounding buildings. If I am right Exchange Square is the one with the Premier Inn, One Eastside is across the road from that next to the college and St Joseph's will more or less follow Belmont Row and the canal behind it?
Which one is Lumina?
Pretty sure there's also a crane going up at Snow Hill Wharf?
I also hear construction workers are back on 103 CR, now that is![]()
I'm still looking forward to the day that I can book a table![]()
Fantastic pictures mate
Any idea why there was there a giant yellow rabbit in The Mailbox?![]()
