Do you think they are "teasing" us folk on FFA. Maybe they were looking at the forum during the last chaos whilst we were trying to work out which airline it was. "And more" that is just teasing beyond measure.

All I know is that arranging the relevant permissions to fly into Canada supposedly takes longer than the USA. Hopefully things are getting close now.

I am also hearing that Primera Air are also promoting there new USA services on Heart FM

But what caught my attention is Mr screen suggesting Primera Air is an "additional" TATL airline at BHX. To my knowledge come May 2018 Primera Air will be our "only" TATL airline ?

Those were my thoughts too.
Also, technically, it could be argued that Icelandair are transatlantic. You have to cross part of the Atlantic to get there.

The CEO of Primera was in Cambridge talking to people about their new routes from Stansted, this is part of what he said. Hopefully Birmingham will follow a similar path.


Looking at our advanced bookings, we are really happy to see a level of demand that has already exceeded our expectations. This is not all from Primera Air as in the coming weeks we will be announcing another new route from Stansted Airport, and beyond that we will also announce our future development plans at the airport, including more new routes

Isnt aviation a funny thing, just read EGCC-MAN great informative post about the demise of Monarch and the effects on other airlines after this awful day but he made a very good point about Primera Air.

"But the loudest cheers must surely be coming from Primera Air who have seemingly dodged a bullet (or a cannonball?) at BHX."

And talking about Primera Air, come on and give us some good news please. I think we deserve it.
