Reassuringly it seems that refunds were made very promptly. This makes me think they are serious about retaining the goodwill of their customers and hopefully the re launch.

Well given their website remains up and running, it appears that the CAA haven't closed them down and a re- launch is on the cards. Let's hope this time, they can find their Air Operators Certificate, have at least two aircraft in place, crew recruited and trained, and have actually signed contracts with the 4 airports they fly to, before they start taking bookings, as none were sorted last time from what I gather.
