On the basis it will be ATR72s that's a nice upgrade from the T3 days too. Very very positive news and if flights are continuing to JER that also increases weekday connections there

It was expected. Whether anything else that's blue turns up we will have to wait and see. Air Blue don't seems to be able to make their minds up!

Something new may yet come and in a fairly chunky form. Taken aback by the scale of what I’m being told.

I know I even looked at Thesaurus for similar words for chunky and didn't come up with anything. However could chunky revert to wide body! That would be something to be taken aback by!

They're using a 777 200 at MAN which LBA is supposed to be capable of accepting. It was the 300 that they planned to use 10 years ago when they 'suspended' the route. Honestly can't see them coming back though. They seem to be already struggling to maintain their schedule .

I don't think we can take anything larger than a 332, not without evacuating multiple remote stands. Servicing aircraft on temporary November parking positions isn't possible.

Surely depends on the time its there? If its on the ground at the right time, the apron is almost empty. Where there's a will there's a way.
