How shallow. Looks are not everything. Looks are merely an attractor. In order to establish a lasting and meaningful relationship we need to look deeper into their heart, soul and mind. Only then will we know if they are here to stay and help us breed and nurture others.

Now you sound like Theresa May and Brexs-it :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

On the other forum someone suggested it could also be a test for a potential upgrade in the future.

I read that but I wonder why they would feel the need to do a test?

I could understand it with the A380 as it's a monster. There was also the upper deck jet bridge along with the different service vehicles but an A359 is nowhere near the size. I'm also not aware of any other airports needing a test?

I guess time will tell.

It may be that the idea to use the A359 came purely from being a one off special, but it's always a good idea to gather as much data/information as you can before using a new aircraft on a particular route.

Having already flown the aircraft to BHX will help answer lot of questions the planning team may have when/if they start planning for the A359 at BHX in the future.

Idk I can't see there being anything operationally ie taxiways and runway or turnaround times.
Product wise the only difference I believe is that an A350 could have the Q Suite possibly?

Depends upon which version of A350 is allocated and if it navigates the airfield without squashing the grass and ground services wear white gloves and black tie.

Flippancy aside, it will look wonderful on the apron next to any TUI Dreamliner, hoping for a sunny day!

Can’t wait to see the pictures of the arrival from you guys.

I've been stuck at work all day so could only manage a couple of long distance shots as it departed.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
