Red Arrows at LBA today. I'm not sure if this is the morning pass by @RAFRed1 or this afternoon's pass by @RAFRed5.

I've finally got round to digitizing my old camcorder footage from the 90's, which has some very
rare and interesting visitors, from Euro 96 to Leeds United football charters and more...
Fingers crossed that it all comes out ok, and hopefully I'll be able to post on here asap.
Included should be Corsair and Air Atlanta 747's which are particularly spectacular!
Thats why runway 14 has to make do with Cat1 ILS. The Chevin requires a 3.5 degree glideslope on 14.Great video Jerry. I didn't appreciate how the ground rises to the north of the airfield.
It's Otley. A town that since 1974 has been effectively a suburb of Leeds. Immediately to the North of the town is the border with Harrogate District and North Yorkshire. The raised land immediately after is known as Otley Chevin which isn't far short of 900 feet above sea level.Thank you for that excellent video, Jerry.
What's the name of the town/suburb about a minute into the video? It features a river and what looks like a lake.
Many thanks, White Heather. Otley look quite attractive from the air. It's Otley. A town that since 1974 has been effectively a suburb of Leeds. Yes that is the famous Chevin which is the escarpment alongside the Wharfe Valley in which Otley stands. Ilkley is 5 miles further up the valley. Many thanks. I remember Otley Rugby Union Club from the pre-professional and pre-league eras of the sport going back to the 1960s and 1970s.
I've just checked and they are still going strong although slightly down the rugby pyramid these days.
