Excellent photo @tonysmith . They don’t normally park the marathon Jet on 18. Usually closer to the terminal. I’m guessing you were sat on GDFK off to Budapest? 🙂

One of the first weeks' scheduled Wizz Air A321s out of LBA, taken Friday 4th November 2022. LBA has 6 Wizz arrivals/ departures on Friday mornings for winter 22/23. View attachment 27176
Be interesting to see how the airport copes mid summer season next year on fridays if we have the 6 wizz arrivals still scheduled plus the usual 20 to 30 departures between 6 and 9am, plus whatever else..

Not had time to post these pictures up until now. But these were taken by myself up at a very busy & sunny Leeds/Bradford on Saturday, June 9th 2023

Every Forum page commences with a reminder about limiting the number and size of attachments saying there are too many and it takes too much time and space to police this aspect each month. Just being a reader and not a photographer I have sympathy with this request and do think that the request is quite reasonable. A way should be found to limit posts which don't clutter the forum with superfluous photographs of aircraft that we have all seen before which are not really of interest, ie Jet2, Ryanair etc and the based operators aircraft for example, except possibly any new purchases or arrivals.

Maybe I haven't understood the implications this but I don't think it should be too difficult for those who have a photographic bent to decide, before they post, if a photo would add interest to the text in place of demonstrating how handy they are using their camera. If the photographers amongst us aren't able to stick to whatever rules admin impose from time to time they should be politely reminded of those rules before posts are deleted. I would also hope that no-one would get too uptight about this happening.

It's shame that the paint job on it seems to show AIR BALTIG though! It looks as though the G or should I say C ends too close to a window to me or is it my old eyes?

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
Heatwave Mk2 next week?
Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?
LBA: B737-300 G-GDFK empty down to Paris at 16:15 to operate the return LS268 back to Leeds 20:00 ETA where it will then operate the delayed LS265 to Malaga 20:40ETD
LBA: Albastar B737-800 EC-MUB positioning in tommorow afternoon from Gatwick 15:45 to operate a charter to Lourdes/Tarbes on Friday afternoon 14:00 AP7721 STC
I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
