With the exception of one Katowice , still arriving at 2200 (and that could be an A321NEO), that schedule is much improved. Even so, Wizz need to also reduce their delays.

Thanks for the information lbaspotter! It shows LBA and Wizz Management are working together to sort this.

This is much improved and should help. However, the irony here, was that we need carriers to use the quieter times to help with passenger flow in a busy terminal, and some of the new times are more marginal in the benefits to terminal flow.

It will all depend on whether operating into LBA at it's quieter times fits in with the airline's aircraft/crew rosta. An airline will always prioritise it's highest yielding routes.

And the fact that Wizz are trying to do something with their schedules suggests LBA is performing well - mirrored by WH’s ACC reports suggesting the same. Let’s see if there are any changes to the winter program too

I still dont think theres enough margin. All the Cluj flights need to be scheduled to depart by 21:00 to give a sufficient margin for delay. Todays Cluj is already anticipated to be 2.5 hours behind schedule.

I've seen this a lot, on FR24 (and not just with Wizz). If you look, the first flight shows all the info, including registration. The second one, is blank.In my experience, the one showing no info doesn't operate. Although that's not a golden rule.

I assumed something was awry as the LBA board only showed one flight. Still wondering if its the first of the re- timed flights.

If it's not arriving at 2200, then it's retimed. That probably confused FR24 which may well show the new time and the old time, although I haven't looked.

However, I'm sure LBASpotter reported that the changes only took place from 4th August ?

17:09 and 17:30 are the timings showing. I cant remember what the original timings are.

Well the 14.25 flight is in the air and is due to arrive late at LBA at 18.10 (scheduled arrival 17.09). Looking back at previous Monday’s flights these were timed to arrive at LBA at 21.50 so does appear the schedule change has kicked in for the Cluj flights.

It looks as though the change of times has happened earlier than originally published.. The Cluj flight was scheduled to leave there at , according to FR24, 1714 and landing here 1802. It was turned round and got away again at 1904. (Info all according to FR24.) Good turn around time. Wonder if it was a light load? Due to arrive back in Cluj at 2334 local. FR have made a Horlicks of their times so who knows what the times were - I don't but it wasn't wasn't taking off at LBA after 11pm. A result you will agree I hope.

The FR timings look suspect. I may have copied them incorrectly especially the Cluj departure time but I think the others are right according to FR24. It was. as usual, an A320-232 (HA-LWQ).

Len - I our posts were more or less written at the same except for the times which are a mystery to everyone. The only thing we know, unless they change the times back again, no one should have a problem with the Cluj flights waking anyone up.

They seem to have learned from the troubles with 5 flights at a time last year. Quite a lot of the times from a consumer perspective are appalling though. Luckily Wizz don't seem to be badly affected by them
