I don't think so Aviador, looool. A skyscraper is typically considered a habitable building over 150metres.
Which means Brum will go from 0 to 2 in the next few months ;-)
We have lots of buildings over 100 metres, including the fantastic The Mercian, however as it stands at 132metres, isn't counted in the cities Skyscraper League.
