MODA Tower crane 1 has arrived and crane information from Sisk Construction🤓

First Crane being erected on the Moda Broad Street Project, Birmingham will rise to a height of 70m before it will be extended to 139m as the concrete frame rises. When complete it will be able to lift 6 tonnes at a radius of 40m. Well done to all, great effort. #loveconstruction

I know there are taller developments going on in the city but for me this is definitely one of the best. If done properly it has the potential to rival Brindleyplace.

Very nice, I like that a lot. It slots in next to Moda perfectly 👍

Broad Street is starting to get a nice little cluster and apparently there are a couple more towers to come in this area?

Its all Serviced Apartments as well Ray, so basically a Hotel Tower.

That view from the library should end up including Eastside Locks, Exchange Square 2, One Eastside, wasn't there also a new proposal called Curzon One or something like that?

The departure was to the south so this was taken on my phone after a left turn and quite a bit higher than usual so excuse the quality.
