Use this prefix for new threads for Leeds Bradford Airport
It seems that the system used by LBA reacts to the first two letters of the flight code as New England Airlines' code is EJ, and easyJet Europe EJU. It's not the first time new airlines here are shown incorrectly and it's something they really should sort out.
I agree it looks really amateur when they cant get the little things right.

Is it an issue worthy.of raising at the next ACC meeting? Totally unprofessional and surely easily rectifiable.
I've raised it there in the past and in writing. They say they were referring it to the people who can deal with it, whoever they are, and nothing happens. Perhaps if lots of people complained about it they might do something .

Who would be the best contact to target, WH? Would it fall under the remit of the marketing department?
I really don't know. Its not my contact Charles Johnson as he deals with the terminal extension project etc. As it's been ongoing so long and related to airlines, maybe the boss, Vincent Hodder as he is now acting as Aviation Director, and if it's not him, he might be able to crack the whip with whoever does it (IT department?) seeing as it applies to both easyJet Europe and Enter Air. It seems to be a regular occurrence with new carriers here ever since the current website was introduced.

ch-aviation reports the following.

UK’s easyJet to scrap some domestic flights over tax hike: easyJet (London Luton) will scrap some of its domestic flights in the United Kingdom after the country announced an increase in air passenger duty (APD) in its autumn budget, The Telegraph reported.

The carrier warned that rising prices will likely lead to lower demand, meaning some flights will become moot, according to incoming CEO and incumbent CFO Kenton Jarvis. The move is “disappointing” and will “tax the working person”, he added.

Only I agree with them. Typical morons in Labour have no idea the impact such a rise would have and quite frankly if there is no protest by easyJet and Ryanair it'll just give them the green light to add further increases to APD.

And as Michael O'Leary said you'd think as the government of an Island nation you'd look at ways of encouraging growth and one of those is in aviation. Sadly we've got morons running the country.

Meanwhile this. Aviation is 1% of the world's economy and probably going to be worth more in years to come. But the if the current chosen WEF representative in No.10 and the rest of the idiots have their way we'll have no aviation sector. They'll destroy it.

Given that we have no mainland domestic services I doubt we would be affected. The likes of BRS, NCL, EDI, GLA or LTN might be concerned.
Not now we don't but there's the talk of domestic services coming, operating to various mainland airports with a certain tartan airline,.and these additional costs are another potential hurdle to jump when trying to secure this airline and these routes.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
