It may be a requirement that the airport provide buses for stand 12 onwards, but the issue experienced by wawkrk was his Ryanair flight was parked on stand 11 which is classified as a walking stand. The information I was given by the airport management only yesterday is that Ryanair could have had buses to transport the passengers in view of the weather, but they would have to pay for for them, and clearly they were not prepared to do so.
